This carpet was handmade from selected noble and velvety surialpaka skins.
A very rare fur type, only each 10 alpaca is a Surialpaka and is characterized by a particularly long hair.
Pure, cuddly soft fur gives your home a warm and cosy look.

Alpaca fur is cuddly soft noble fur which is processed in an age-old tradition to qualitatively high-quality carpets.
Our carpets are not glued but hand-sewn piece by piece for a long life.
If a part should be destroyed by burn marks e.t.c., this part can be exchanged and the carpet looks like new!

Already the ancestors of the Incas manufactured finest carpets from the skins of the South American small camels alpacas.
Also today alpaca is considered as very high-quality fur. Alpaca fur is silky soft, but also very resistant and has unique thermal properties, which are connected with tiny air inclusions in the hair.
Alpaca does not contain lanolin and is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers.

Care:

The carpets can easily be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. If there are any stains, take a hair shampoo, rub the skin in.
and let this take effect for some time. Then wash out with warm, clear water and simply allow to dry.
In case of larger damage, such as burn marks, etc., we can replace the individual pieces.
If you want to treat your fur rug to something special, hang it for a day in summer in the sun, the hair will stand up again.
and the carpet has a beautiful volume again.
